Happy, beautiful, Mile High Friday everyone!
To everyone who has prayed, called, texted, emailed, etc.,, thank you!
Yesterday, 5/3/12, surgeon did a follow-up scope (through my nose, down the plumbing to the vocal folds) to verify the healing process resulting from removal of two opposing polyps on each cord.
Report was very favorable. Healing is strong. He wants me to keep the disciplines of voice health I’m adopting since the surgery, plus only slightly lifted the restriction. I’m permitted to speak, but sparingly (10 sentences per hour). He said Mother’s Day is a good possibility as the checkpoint for a return to “normal” vocal usage. I should be fine to do the message/baby dedication that morning. (Plans are to depend heavily upon the P.A. system and keep it short!) Works for me! 🙂
Stay closely tuned to http://www.cacdenver.org so that you don’t miss a beat as we march forward to God’s revival drumbeat! Exciting times. We have evangelist guest speakers for both services this Sunday (Rev. Randall Williams & Rev. Greg Albritton, AM & PM respectively).
Rev. Timothy Spell is our guest singer, vocalist, musician & speaker for the next two Tuesday evenings.
God bless your Friday afternoon! Keep an active eye out to evangelize your world in Jesus’ Name.
With shepherd love,
Pastor Haymon II
