The Revival Power of Oneness: Let God’s Word Speak For Itself

The devil is extremely predictable. His timing is consistent. When the Church is on the move, reaching Heaven and reaching souls in an unprecedented way, Satan works overtime attempting to undermine and thwart the unity and peace of God’s people. He wouldn’t be a good devil if he didn’t! And, even if he is not apparently doing so right now, stay alert!

I present the following verses to help you in the Body of Christ at CAC to rightly divide God’s Word and to keep you focused properly as revival escalates!

See if you draw the same conclusion as I do, which is at the very bottom of this message.

Now, let God’s Living Word speak for itself into your spirit:

Ephesians 4:12-16 (KJV)
12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

Romans 16:17 (KJV)
Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

Lev. 26:27-28 (KJV)
27 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;
28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

1 John 1:7 (KJV)
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

John 17:23 (KJV)
[Jesus praying for His Church says] “I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.”

Conclusion: God’s genuine way and God’s genuine work never creates conflict. DIVISION SHROUDS. UNITY SHINES.

Hey, church, We’re shining brighter than ever!

Daniel 12:3 (KJV)
And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

One last passage and the final conclusion I leave for your own teachable and godly spirit to discern:

James 3 (The Message paraphrase)
14 Mean-spirited ambition isn’t wisdom. Boasting that you are wise isn’t wisdom. Twisting the truth to make yourselves sound wise isn’t wisdom.
15 It’s the furthest thing from wisdom–it’s animal cunning, devilish conniving.
16 Whenever you’re trying to look better than others or get the better of others, things fall apart and everyone ends up at the others’ throats.
17 Real wisdom, God’s wisdom, begins with a holy life and is characterized by getting along with others. It is gentle and reasonable, overflowing with mercy and blessings, not hot one day and cold the next, not two-faced.
18 You can develop a healthy, robust community that lives right with God and enjoy its results only if you do the hard work of getting along with each other, treating each other with dignity and honor.
